Welcome Week is a series of social events, organized by your Graduate Students’ Society (GSS), designed to introduce you to UVic, the city of Victoria, and (most importantly) to each other!
This term, Welcome Week is happening from January 6th – 11th. Events include an evening social, dance class, and pub crawl. For more information, please check out our Welcome Week Brochure.
Welcome Week is free! Some events (such as the Pub Crawl), however, are pay your own way.
Returning Graduate Students
While Welcome Week is aimed especially at new January start students, returning students are very welcome to attend! Just think of it as a Welcome (Back) Week.
