Registration: 4:30 pm
Location: Hybrid via Zoom or In-Person at Halpern Centre, Grad House Restaurant. Zoom link available in agenda.
Who may vote: All UVic graduate students, actively registered as of January 31, 2026.
What you need: Your UVic ID card (ONECard) student number, a strong internet connection, Chrome internet browser, and prepare by reading the SAGM materials*.

Emergency preparedness: In the event a major power or technology failure disrupts the March 24 meeting, the SAGM will be reconvened on March 25 at 5 pm.
The GSS holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year in October, and a Semi-Annual General Meeting (SAGM) every year in March.
Election results are ratified and any unfilled positions are filled at the SAGM.
The Executive Board’s Strategic Plan, GSS budget, and results of the audit are presented to membership at the AGM.
