Grad House Booking & Catering Policy
The Grad House is happy to welcome you into our space!
We welcome all function requests and are happy to host both private and public functions of all types. For private functions which require the Grad House to close to the public, or for functions held outside of our normal hours, a space rental is required.
The Grad House is owned and operated by the Graduate Students’ Society, and aims to be as accessible as possible to our graduate student community. As such we differentiate between graduate student clients and internal clients who receive discounted rates, and external clients. A full breakdown of discount rates and eligibility details can be found in our policy.
Catering is offered as an additional service on top of space rental. Please note that we offer in-house catering only, and in most cases we do not permit external catering in our spaces. For details, please review our catering policy below.
