A staple of September – the Welcome Back Barbecue is back in the Grad House for another year!
Whether you are a new or returning grad student, come out for a chance to mingle with your peers in a low pressure environment before midterm season starts in October.
Tickets are $5 and include a burger (either beef or veggie), salad and beer or soft drink! (Children’s tickets are also available at a cost of $2.50. They are the same as above, but – unsurprisingly – do not include a beer with purchase.)
Tickets go on sale on September 5th and can be purchased in the GSS office (Halpern centre Rm 102 – right across the lobby from the restaurant). We do have a limited supply due to capacity so act early to ensure you get your ticket.
As a word of warning, last call for food will occur at 7:00pm. Please try to arrive before then to ensure that you get your burger!
